My Masterpieces: Painting the Beautiful – Developed in collaboration with PUSD and closely tied to visual arts curriculum standards, this award-winning art program focuses on Eva Scott Fenyes’s art collection.  Adult volunteers lead tours of the art pieces in Fenyes Mansion and discussions of varying artistic techniques; they also assist students in a hands-on sketching session of an historic fountain in the garden, and work with children on filming their own silent movie. My Masterpieces is a collaboration of ten area cultural institutions, and is funded in part by a grant secured from the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) by the Pasadena Educational Foundation (PEF).
